What we dong and why
Noah is responsible for the explanation, and Daylin and I are responsible for the
performance, we will let the dialogue more explain. Our general theme is about black
people eager to have the same rights as whites at that time. They no longer want to
be slaves, but they are equally able to sit on a table with white people.

poem response
I Too
Hughes wrote "I, Too" from the perspective of an African American man - either a slave, a free man in the Jim Crow South, or even a domestic servant. The lack of a concrete identity or historical context does not mitigate the poem’s message; in fact, it confers on it a high degree of universality, for the situation Hughes describes in the poem reflects a common experience for many African Americans during his time. The speaker begins by declaring that he too can “sing America,” meaning that he is claiming his right to feel patriotic towards America, even though he is the “darker” brother who cannot sit at the table and must eat in the kitchen. This alludes to the common practice of racial segregation during the early 20th century, when African Americans faced discrimination in nearly every aspect of their lives. They were forced to live, work, eat and travel separately from their white counterparts, had few civil or legal rights, were often victims of racial violence, and faced economic marginalization in both the North and the South. The speaker does not languish in despair, however. He proclaims that "tomorrow" he will join the others at the table and no one will dare send him back to the kitchen. Not only that, but the "others" will see “how beautiful” the speaker is and will therefore feel ashamed. This statement is extremely hopeful and optimistic. The speaker demonstrates a heightened sense of self and proclaims his ambition to assert his legitimacy as a an American citizen and as a man.

Three Poems Analysis
The Red Wheelbarrow
Why does ‘so much’ depend upon such a minor thing as the red wheelbarrow? One answer is to interpret that red wheelbarrow as a metonym for something greater, as a specific example of a general phenomenon or idea. The red wheelbarrow being ‘glazed’ by the rainwater captures the wheelbarrow in a brief, transient moment after the rainfall, when the rainwater has made the red wheelbarrow shine in the sunlight. This moment will pass, as soon as the rain evaporates and the wheelbarrow is dry again. We might say, then, that Williams is declaring – in typically concrete, Imagist terms – that much depends on these fleeting moments, on capturing moments of beauty which may seem ordinary or mundane (wheelbarrow, chickens). It is important that we observe and perceive such small, everyday details, and recognise the poetic beauty in them.

This Is Just To Say
The poem has no regular rhythm or syllabic count, no rhyme, and lacks any punctuation, other than line-breaks. It is true to the poetic philosophy that Williams championed - away with convention, free the line, write poems about anything, be local, be American, no ideas but in things.
Williams wanted freedom from restraint in his poems, he wasn't interested in line after line of iambs, trochees, pentameter or tetrameter or other such confining devices. This troubled some of the other poets at the time but others welcomed the break away from the boring rhymed lines of formal convention.

Final Draft Reflection
My final draft starts with the word ‘friends’. My whole core theme is to let people cherish friendships. To this end, I found a lot of background information about this song at the beginning. The song "see you again" is used to commemorate Paul. I even found a lot of "speed and passion" that series of films inside the material, I want to use this to better prove my essay, but it is a pity that I spent a lot of time to find those things, in the end can not be used, so this is for me is a big difficulty. I think my essay's second body paragraph is relatively weak, because my whole article has a point of view and cherishes friendship, so it will be harder to write . When i am writing the second paragraph of the body paragraph, I didn't think of it and just started to write it. If I have more time, I think I can still improve it, then add more analysis sentences and analyze the author's emotional statement to the second body paragraph.

See you again--Final draft
Cherish Friendship
Friends, is a very special noun, they are not necessarily with you every day, but when you have something to worry about, you will definitely think of them, they will certainly listen to your troubles, will not tell you the useless truth and it is the best comfort to stay with you. A friend is someone who can leave a lot of unforgettable memories with you. Friends, will be an extremely important part of your life. Therefore, cherish friendship, those unforgettable memories with friends will also be valuable treasures in your life.
This poem mainly uses the first person perspective to develop the story, and uses a large number of second person. In this poem, the first person appears 34 times, and the second person appears 33 times. The appearance of "you" is basically used as the object of confiding. The second section of the poem describes the various travels that the author and his friend have experienced together during their lifetime."All the planes we flew''. ''Good things we've been through''. ''Something told me that it wouldn't last''. ''Those were the days hard work forever pays".The frequent alternation of the pronouns of the first person and the second person can better interact with the readers, just like face-to-face communication, which increases the authenticity of the emotions. The transformation of different perspectives allows the reader to naturally integrate into the mood of the lyrics and feel the author's cherishment of the friendship and the thoughts of his friends, as well as the past, and this ''you'' may be every reader. It can make every reader participate in the communication, integrate it, and resonate with it, feel the feelings and emotions of the author, realize the most effective communication, and sublimate the theme.
''It’s been a long day without you my friend''. ''And I’ll tell you all about it when I see you again''. ''We've come a long way from where we began''. ''Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again''. ''When I see you again''. These words appeared many times in this poem. The author used repeated rhetorical techniques to strongly show the reader the deep thoughts and nostalgia for the author. When he talks about the things he and his friends have experienced, he calmly wants to tell a story. The whole thing he and his friends have experienced is like a picture scroll in my mind The author also expressedthe desire to share and tell the recent events with his friend, but he is no longer there, so he cherishes the memories with his friend.
Sometimes life is like driving a car. Some roads are driven by you and friends. Perhaps the scenery along the way will make you unforgettable, but sometimes we will always encounter a fork in the road and then drive to the end in different directions. Perhaps this is life, no matter how good a friend can not be in a day, have their own different pursuits, and all the toss will eventually be attributed to the ordinary. Therefore, still cherish the friendship you have now, maybe you will miss and feel the days when you meet up with friends again and again many years later.

Second Draft
See You Again
Now many people think that time is still long, and some things will be left to do
later, but when you want to do it all, you find that the people around you are gone.
There is a saying in China that "the tree wants to be quiet and the wind does not
stop, the child wants to raise their parents and does not wait" also shows that time is very precious, but also cherish the current possession.
In the song ‘see you again’, the lyricist expresses his thoughts and blessings for
his friend. This song was originally written to remember Paul Walker who died in a
single vehicle accident in Valencia, Santa Clarita, California on November 30, 2013,
when Charlie Puth happened to have a friend who died suddenly. So I created this
sad song, or it can be said to be poetry。
The beginning of the poem expresses the author’s deep thoughts and mourning emotions
for his friends.'It's been a long day without you, my friend's first sentence of the
poem expresses the thoughts of friends, the time of day is actually very short, but
without you, time is a long time, I think this is what the author wants to express.
‘We've come a long way from where we began’ Missing the days when he was with his
brother, those unforgettable memories are still vivid and unforgettable. 'And I'll
tell you all about it when I see you again'This sentence expresses the desire to share
and tell the recent events with his brother, but he is no longer there, so he
cherishes the memories with his friend.
(Brotherhood of Brian (Paul Walker) and Dominic (Vin Diesel).
What is the real reason to ask me "everyone is crying?" I think this is the answer.
The two brothers are not only in the film of Brian and Dom, but also in life, Paul
and Vin. Vin's facebook will write a commemoration of Paul at regular intervals, not
long, but entertained. The viewer is even more distressed. Vin even named the newly
born little daughter Pualian.)
The whole poem is based on nostalgia and blessing. The complete expression is that a
person is losing his best friend, and even can be said to be each other's family.
From the beginning of his grief, regret to nostalgia, mourning to the blessings of
the back, but also makes the author cherish the life that is now in the present, and
strive to live each day. This is what I want to express, cherish what you have now,
don't wait to lose it, regret it, and do things best, then even if you really lose
it, you will not regret it.

First Draft of the analysis
"See You Again" begins with a quiet and soft piano sound. "Without your old friend, your companionship, the days are really long. When I meet you again, I will open my heart and talk to all." The listener’s emotions were mobilized from the beginning. Then two positive raps were completed by Califa. The song is full of tearing power and deeply touched many people.
love
The love between Dominic and Letty, I was touched for the first time, and that moment was in Furious 7. The phrase "If you die, I die" inadvertently reminds me of the beauty of You jump, I jump ("Titanic"). They have too much helplessness and have encountered too many obstacles. But when Letty spoke with Dominic in tears, I was completely touched.
That is an answer. It is the best answer to the courage to face yourself, face the fate, and wait for each other. It is a kind of belief, a belief that is born again, symbiotic or die. Perhaps death is never terrible, as long as she remembers him, as long as he is with her.
Family
"I don't have friends. I got family"
The word family is repeatedly emphasized in the series of speed and passion movies. This is the first experience. This group of people has been "killing" from the first part to the seventh, for 14 years. Finally, Dominic's sentence gives the best definition: not a friend, but a family.
We "have died together", we enjoyed together, we fought together, we talked to each other in the middle of the night, we spit each other during the day... then let us go forward forever, like Like the family, they rely on each other to help each other. Isn’t the meaning of life called this the case? "The most important thing in life will always be the people (family) right there, right now. That's what's real" by Dominic.
Brotherhood
Brotherhood of Brian (Paul Walker) and Dominic (Vin Diesel).
What is the real reason to ask me "everyone is crying?" I think this is the answer. The two brothers are not only in the film of Brian and Dom, but also in life, Paul and Vin. Vin's facebook will write a commemoration of Paul at regular intervals, not long, but entertained. The viewer is even more distressed. Vin even named the newly born little daughter Pualian.

See You Again
[Charlie Puth]
It's been a long day without you my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
We've come a long way from where we began
Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again
[Wiz Khalifa]
Damn, who knew all the planes we flew
Good things we've been through
That I'll be standing right here
Talking to you about another path
I know we loved to hit the road and laugh
But something told me that it wouldn't last
Had to switch up look at things different see the bigger picture
Those were the days hard work forever pays
Now I see you win the better place
How could we not talk about family when family's all that we got?
Everything I went through you were standing there by my side
And now you gonna be with me for the last ride
[Charlie Puth]
It's been a long day without you my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
We've come a long way from where we began
Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again
[Wiz Khalifa]
First you both go out your way
And the vibe is feeling strong and what's small turn to a friendship
Turn into a bond and that bond will never be broken and the love will never get lost
And when brotherhood come first then the line
Will never be crossed established it on our own
When that line had to be drawn and that line is what
We reach so remember me when I'm gone
How could we not talk about family when family's all that we got?
Everything I went through you were standing there by my side
And now you gonna be with me for the last ride
[Charlie Puth]
So let the light guide your way
Hold every memory as you go
And every road you take will always lead you home
Hoo~
It's been a long day without you my friend
And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
We've come a long way from where we began
Oh I'll tell you all about it when I see you again
When I see you again
When I see you again, see you again

Reflection
I was still not familiar with the Spanish words at the end.
The other groups performed very well. The third group of performances
made me feel very comfortable. The first group of innovations added different
languages at the end, which was refreshing and very creative.
I think the last activity to read poetry is very fun, but I don't think it is
really helpful for us.
I feel that letting us group in the class to perform better can let us remember
the content of our class, and also take video, we can find our deficiencies from it,
and improve, I think these things have helped me a lot
