“Love your work and enjoy your play”.Be good when you do things, and be

 happy when you play. When you are not playing, you still have to think

 about having work to do. When you are working, you are thinking about 

going out to play. It is also a phrase my father often said to me,

 focusing on what you are doing and enjoying the process and results.

”Here is this hour, and you have already paid for it". 
Time is one of the most precious things in the world.

 We are paying our times all the time. We can say that

 we are paying our lives at any time.So cherish the time

 we have now and make good use of it

1.The interesting part of the first poem is that it is like describing a person’s 

day, a complete timeline, and an elder’s concern and embarrassment for the younger 

generation."Love your work and enjoy your play". This sentence is very nice, and it 

is also a phrase my father often said to me, focusing on what you are doing and

enjoying the process and results.

The title of this poem is called the introduction of poetry, but I feel that there 

is irony in it, just like he has written "I want them to waterski across the surface of a 

poem waving at the author's name on the shore" I think this is the author's irony 

that many people just like  the name of the poetry and sometimes they donnot even could

understand what is the poem wants to show us, but they are only floating on the

surface, do not understand the deep meaning of those poems, the deep things 

contained in the poems.

Monologue

                            


                                 

                    I was very nervous at the time, so I was not very

               confident in my performance, and my speech was intermittent. 

              I should spend more time practicing this monologue. I can be more

             fluent and confident when I speak.

                             

May Day ! ! !

         Mayday is my favorite band, the first pop song I touched was what they sang. Since then, I have been fond of the band, and now I am their fan. As long as they are their concerts, I will go where I can go, and then I have been a fan of them for more than 8 years. I think this is a part of my youth and will be a part of my life that I can’t forget.
